Oxford Instruments manufactures a range of custom built minifocus X-Ray tubes. These tubes can be supplied as glass envelopes, potted in silicone compound or in a packaged form depending on design and operating conditions. These tubes have a positive anode (target), grounded filament configuration and a choice of either 10 mil or 5 mil thick Be transmission window. Note: The TF 1011 and TF 1012 tubes can be operated in bipolar or grounded cathode mode. Used For Radiography
Specifications
Warning This tube produces X-Rays during operation. These tubes require effective cooling to ensure reliable operation. Maximum operating temperature of cooling oil must not exceed 55 degrees Celsius. This tube must only be used in a suitable shielded, cooled chamber. View Cutaway Drawing
